Watsu was born from the heart of poet Harold Dull,
who brought poetry to the water and taught us that healing can feel like a dance.
In warm embrace, the body softens… the mind quiets…
and water becomes a place where we remember how to trust again.

Every Watsu session is a poem written in movement—
unique, intimate, and alive.
A journey into dimensions that can only be felt, never explained.

At One Love Wellness in Cocles, I offer Watsu, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Thai massage, deep tissue bodywork, trainings in Reiki + Thai Massage, and yoga classes Tuesday–Thursday at 9 a.m.

🦶✨ In Thai Massage, we use reflexology through the hands, feet, and abdomen — working the body in a whole new way.

In this video, I’m using my elbow to activate six reflex points on the feet — a unique technique that feels amazing for both the giver and the receiver.

Thai Massage is a dance of energy, rhythm, and healing touch. 🌿💫
