A simple, powerful practice shared by Mikao Usui before every Reiki self healing session.

Hands come together at the heart.

Each time the mind wanders,
we gently return—
to presence,
to stillness,

Reiki teaches us to be clear channels—first for ourselves, then for others.
Through grounding, intention, and presence, we release what isn’t ours to carry.

This was our Reiki Level 1 initiation under the Aries New Moon—
a portal of courage, new beginnings, and deep trust in our intuition.

This training follows the same curriculum as the International School of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand 🇹🇭

Over five days, you’ll learn how to move in the Thai way — using your body weight, knees, elbows, and breath to give a full therapeutic massage from feet to head. We’ll explore acupressure points, energy lines, assisted stretches, and the history and philosophy behind this deeply healing practice.

The beauty of craniosacral therapy is the balance between science and intuition.
There are endless books and research that explain the system… and yet, the real magic happens in the listening.

Here we are with Dan, learning how to truly listen.

When we listen to the cranial sacral rhythm, to the subtle movement of fluid within the body, something natural begins to happen… the body returns to homeostasis. It finds its own balance.

This is the heart of the work.
Not fixing. Not forcing. Just listening.

And really… this applies to everything.
Bodywork. Relationships. Life.

The most important skill we can learn is how to listen.

An evening of underwater healing dance, moving with breath, presence, and trust beneath the surface.

A gentle practice of guiding from the known into the unknown… while always holding a space of safety and connection.
