Pink Full Moon magic 🌕✨
Dancing from day to night, under the full moon and stars.

An evening of underwater healing dance, moving with breath, presence, and trust beneath the surface.

A gentle practice of guiding from the known into the unknown… while always holding a space of safety and connection.

And of course, ending the night in laughter—some sweet, childlike play with beautiful souls 💫

In honor of World Watsu Week (March 22–28) 💧✨

I’m so happy to share this beautiful video by Becky Films, capturing the essence of this deeply healing practice.

Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork, created by Harold Dull, where you are gently held, supported, and moved in warm water. It’s a space where your body can fully let go… where your nervous system softens… and where something very deep begins to unwind.

Water is our first home.
The moment you enter, your body remembers.

As Harold Dull said:
“In water, we are free.”

People often describe Watsu as:
– feeling completely safe and held
– a quieting of the mind
– a release of years of stress
– a sense of freedom, lightness, and liberation

It can gently support the release of imprints we’ve carried since the womb… offering a chance to feel supported, nurtured, and deeply cared for again.

There are truly no words for this experience — almost everyone who tries it says the same thing:
“You just have to feel it.”

✨ Above water = Watsu (mouth stays above the surface)
✨ Submerged work = Aquadynamics (a different, deeper technique)

This is something I believe everyone should experience at least once in their life.

Just for today…

✨ I will not worry
✨ I will not be angry
✨ I will be grateful
✨ I will do my work honestly
✨ I will be kind to all living beings

These are the five Reiki principles that we return to daily—simple, but deeply powerful. We repeat them each day as a way of living, not just words, but a practice.

One of the hardest for me has always been “just for today, I will not worry.” I grew up in a family where worrying about each other meant love. If you worried, it meant you cared.

So naturally, while raising my children—and as they grow—I find myself worrying about them too.

But Reiki has helped me shift that. Now, when I notice worry coming in, I pause… and instead of feeding it, I send them Reiki. I send them love. I remind myself that they are safe, supported, and guided. That the universe is holding them. That they are protected.

This is how I live the practice.
