Trough Ananda's Healthy Whole Healing i am creating a space for everybody that is interested in experiencing a natural and whole way of healing yourself and reconnecting to your inner being. In my childhood i have experienced many traumas of physical, mental and emotional matter. For many years i was confused, sick, addicted and so very unhappy which was showing in my everyday lives decisions and
surroundings. In my late teens i started studying different philosophies and holy scriptures searching for answers to my questions and tools to feel better and become radiant and healthy for example buddhism, taoism, hinduism, christianity and various other ways to connect to the inner wisdom that clearly comes from God. With 21 years i started my initiation into reiki, massages and yoga. Which i continuously studied and practiced in different countries that brought me now all the way to Costa Rica. It totally was a inner journey of liberation, reconnection and learning how to manifest and share all these natural practices with others for their better. Since 4 years i practice and teach yoga intensively as also give holistic massages, giving classes on the beach or other places in the nature, at wellness retreats, in yoga schools, in my house or at my own yoga retreats this year for the first time. Ananda means Bliss and i choose this name because my truth is that if you surrender to God and use the tools he has given us since thousands of years we will find exactly that: The inner Bliss he has planted in all of us. It will be my pleasure to share everything i know about healthy eating, natural healing, holistic nutrition and therapies like massages and energy work and yoga, sound and color therapies and meditation with you so you will be able to find your Adana.
