✨Heal and Reset: Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat ✨

Join Vida Asana for our six day/five night signature Heal and Reset Retreat. Rooted in joy, laughter, stillness, and a return to our inner child. This intentional pause from daily life, is guided with love by Polly. Through yoga, meditation, and presence, we provide the space for deep rest, to encourage the heart to open to our true nature, and help to reset our nervous systems to carry this new imprint forward on our paths. We look forward to sharing this space with you.
