Reflecting on our time with these girls & feeling grateful for the entire community at . The group felt like kismet this year (but doesn’t it always happen like that?)
And while all the great peeps from last year were sorely missed, the new faces and friendships were a blessing. Also thank you to our host, Caia, and her teaching support + one of my new fav peeps, !

True story. This person changed my life when I landed in her yoga studio. It was the first moment I found a glimmer of hope for happiness since moving to Florida. I never expected we would come to work together on retreats but I am eternally grateful she took a chance on an otherwise stranger and let us take her and her incredible community at to Costa Rica. Caia, you’re holding down the sanity of many with your amazing space and energy. Thank you for the tireless work you do of owning a yoga studio and being a space for others to find their glimmers. We are so grateful you are part of the EPV fam and to be part of R2R!
