Slow, restorative stretches meet guided self-massage in this deeply relaxing class. Using breath, gentle pressure, and long holds, you’ll unwind deeply held tension and cultivate inner stillness.
Wednesday - Yoga Fit
Strength, sweat, and stamina.
This high-energy class blends yoga-inspired movement with strength-building postures and endurance drills. For those who like to feel the burn and breathe through it.
Thursday - Conscious Breath Yoga
Hatha yoga with a generous helping of breathwork.
We begin with focused breath practices to center the mind and activate prana, then flow through slow, intentional movement. Perfect for those looking to deepen their relationship with the breath and their inner subtle energies.
Friday - Vinyasa Flow
Flow through postures and feel the rhythm.
A dynamic, breath-led class that builds heat, balance, and flexibility. Expect creative sequencing and a steady pace that moves you into flow state.
