⬇️Comment “BELLY” for the 3-step morning routine for a flatter belly freebie

If you often experience bloating, heaviness, sluggish digestion, or stubborn fluid retention, this simple tapping routine may become your new daily reset.

Today we’re activating the Spleen & Stomach meridians — two key pathways in Chinese medicine responsible for transforming food into energy, supporting metabolism, and preventing dampness (the root of puffiness, weight gain, and fatigue).

👉 By tapping from the ankle all the way up to the groin on both the inner and outer leg, you’re stimulating circulation of Qi and blood through these digestive channels — helping your body move, transform, and eliminate more efficiently.

✔️ Cup your hand gently
✔️ Tap from ankle → knee → groin
✔️ Cover both inner & outer leg pathways
✔️ Repeat 36 times on each leg
✔️ Breathe deeply and stay relaxed

This practice can help you feel lighter, more energized, and support your body’s natural digestive rhythm throughout the day.

Consistency is the magic — repeat daily or anytime your digestion feels stuck 💫

⬇️comment “LIVER” for a free liver health guide that can support gallbladder health. ✨ Gallbladder Meridian Tapping ✨
If you feel stuck, heavy, bloated, tense in the hips/outer thighs… this is one of my favorite Traditional Chinese Medicine “wake up your flow” practices.

In TCM, the Liver + Gallbladder are a powerful duo (Wood element). The Liver is known for keeping Qi moving smoothly through the whole body—when Qi gets stagnant, we can feel tension, irritability, digestive heaviness, and that “nothing is flowing” feeling.
The Gallbladder meridian runs down the outer side of the body, including the hip → outer thigh → outer leg → ankle/foot—so tapping this line is like “clearing the side highways” of Qi.

And here’s the cool bridge to modern physiology: your gallbladder stores and concentrates bile, and bile helps your body break down fats during digestion. So when we talk about “fat metabolism support,” think supporting the digestive pathway that processes fats—plus improving circulation + relaxation signals through rhythmic tapping.
(And yes—tapping/acupoint stimulation is also used in techniques studied for stress regulation, which matters because stress can tighten everything and slow digestion.)

🟢 How to do it (in today’s reel):
1. Relax your jaw + shoulders, breathe slowly 😮‍💨
2. Cup your hands and tap from the hip down the outer thigh + outer leg to the ankle
3. Repeat 36 times on each side
4. Do it daily (and anytime you feel “stuck”)

🔥 What this can support (TCM perspective):
✅ smoother Qi flow (less “stagnant” feeling)
✅ liver/gallbladder harmony + digestive ease
✅ releasing outer-hip/IT-band tension + lateral leg tightness (where this channel lives!)

⬇️Comment “THRIVE” to join the nervous system regulation challenge. Massage this one tiny ear point… and feel your whole body exhale 😌👂✨

This powerful parasympathetic ear point helps shift you out of stress mode and into rest & digest.

When you stimulate this area, you’re sending a signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to slow down. Safe to soften. Safe to breathe.

And when your parasympathetic system activates, you may notice:
✨ Slower heart rate
✨ Deeper breathing
✨ Better digestion
✨ Less anxiety
✨ Clearer thinking
✨ More emotional balance

Here’s how to practice:
👉 Use your index finger and gently massage the point I’m showing in the video.
👉 Circular motion, soft pressure.
👉 1–3 minutes on each ear.
👉 Breathe deeply. Relax your shoulders. Soften your jaw.

Do this anytime you feel overwhelmed, rushed, anxious, or overstimulated.

Your nervous system doesn’t need another stimulant.
It needs safety. It needs rhythm. It needs gentle signals.

Save this to practice later 🤍
And share it with someone who needs to slow down today.
