Join us for a gentle, experiential introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with facilitator Koko Niwa. Together, we’ll explore how to meet emotions with awareness, express ourselves with honesty, and build more compassionate connections with others and within ourselves.

We will cover:
-Basics of the NVC method
-Identifying feelings and needs
-Staying connected to your heart in communication
-Partner role-play practice
-Simple tools for daily use

Held at the Harmony Healing Centre.

On february 17th, we invite you to join us in honoring the lunar new year of the fire horse and new moon solar eclipse in aquarius. This will be a collaboration in community, as we hold a space of prayer and practice for peace, compassion and new beginnings.

The experience will include cacao, meditation and therapeutic breathwork. The planets in our universe are literally shifting, and life on earth is changing rapidly. We are all being called to rise in these times, to show up and participate as part of our human family.

This is an opportunity to gather together and connect to the heart of humanity at this cosmic threshold. The energy of the horse is about courage and action… to lead with full hearts and honest voices... to ride the path forward.
