Nosara Bodywork began in April 2014, not as a clinic, but as a simple idea rooted in a deep passion for helping people feel better through the principles of Physical Therapy and the power of intentional healing touch

In the early days, it was just home visits, hands-on care, and a belief in supporting our patients’ healing process through movement and therapeutic bodywork. In January 2015, that vision took its first physical shape — a small physio studio in Esperanza

As the years went on, so did the dream. In 2017, we moved into Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, expanding not only our space, but also our perspective on what true wellness could look like

Then, in April 2021, after a time that reshaped the world, the opportunity to open our location presented itself — a step forward in deepening our impact, elevating our service, and supporting Nosara’s growing community health needs

In October 2023, we expanded into a second location, , with an extended vision of a holistic wellness clinic. What once was one pair of hands became a team of over 20 practitioners, bringing together different healing modalities and integrating cutting-edge biohacking technology

But beyond the growth, Nosara Bodywork has always been about something deeper: a space of connection — first within yourself, and then with your therapist. It is where science meets holistic care, where people come not just to recover, but to truly feel and be seen. A true healing sanctuary, with top of the line technology, experienced, skilled, heart-guided practitioners, and the best locations — each with its unique vibe
