NEW WHIP ✨✨✨

I landed in San Jose, was picked up in my amazing jungle truck… and had a moment of clarity, where I was like “that’s it, time for a new car… I need a big white SUV”

So I text that I’m ready for a new car and can we please start to plan this out… and he literally sends me this one (not knowing I had just asked for a big white SUV)

I was like, “oh that’s my truck”

Was within my budget, and so I bought it the next day! Weeeee ✨✨✨

The power of alignment….

Grateful for my jungle truck! She healed me!!! Driving in a city where you constantly have to play chicken in traffic, with mud tires, and double stick (regular gears & off roading ones)…. Learning how not to slide backwards on off-roading inclines where it’s sand/mud only.. and drive through rivers and up small waterfalls has been fun!!

Now time for a little more ease…. 🥰🥰🥰

For every lightworker rising right now,

In the fall I had the intense experience of peaking success, joy and freedom wise, and with it came the shadow of my past: the conditioning and projections of the people I grew up with trying to dim what they couldn’t understand. The attempt to break me was unconscious… but so painful.

This healer’s path isn’t easy. History tells us healers were burned, wisdom was silenced, and white magic was punished.
But not anymore.

We are here to hold the light on Earth.
To alchemize our wounds without becoming the next casualty of others’ fear conditioning.
To shine, without shrinking.
To lead from truth not trauma.

You know what’s truly liberating?
Standing in the fire of your deepest triggers… and choosing a new path.
A path where you speak up with calm, grounded maturity…
instead of silencing yourself or shrinking to stay safe.

Especially in those moments when you’re “supposed to be grateful.”
That’s when it matters most.
Because receiving help doesn’t mean tolerating crumbs or poor treatment.
Your worth doesn’t bend to favours.

The deepest healing happens when you face the trigger…
and replace the pattern.
When you speak.
When you stand tall.
When you spiral up.

Because in the moment you choose differently,
you shift your future.
You clear the subconscious memory of the original trauma, release the pain wired into your nervous system, and create a new imprint of power, healing, and self-respect.

This is how we reclaim our lives.

Big news 💫

We just received a $50,000 anonymous gift to expand Empathy Heals — starting with our kids + training programs!

This builds on the incredible $55,000 gift from 5D Ventures that helped launch the program — and thanks to the overwhelming impact (especially with highly sensitive children), this new blessing allows us to scale what’s working and build the team needed to meet demand.

This work has taken me around the world, brought my session rate to $1K/hour, and created a 2–3 month waitlist (which I’m nearly through!).

Grateful beyond words — not just for the support, but for the ability to keep growing without burning myself out again. That first chapter was a superhuman effort. Onward with more ease, impact, and heart.

Highly sensitive children and adults deserve to have their emotional needs understood and met.

I love seeing them thrive and step into their healing superpowers with our programs!!!

My favourite parts? Watching healers access next-level intuition and bravely walk their truth. As well as witnessing mothers and children move through deep generational healing together… and seeing the physical healings that often unfold alongside it. It’s an honour every time. 🤍

Made it ✨✨✨

Beyond grateful. 2 months later, I made the trip I was meant to make over the holidays…. Yeaaaahhhh!

And while my heart shed deep loss through the tunnel of rebirth, what came in to replenish it was the purest, deepest love that heals at a cellular level.

And I had to let go and let it in, more.

To have friends that nurture my heart so deeply, is a gift I will forever be grateful for.

thank you for flying around the world to reboot my body, showing me the ropes of physical healing through food, and opening your beautiful home to me

To be introduced fully as a sister, because we are ride are die is a privilege

I am so grateful to this land for tenderly holding my heart and upgrading it energetically into the softness and sweetness of being held

And I am grateful for San Jose anchoring my root chakra so deeply that my career took off!!
