Super grateful to have finally found the most amazing chef ✨✨✨

I’ve searched and searched for someone who speaks English, and can put together a very specific food as medicine program… then deliver!!

’s wizard program helped my body climb back over 10 months from severe COVID and a supplement reaction that almost stopped my heart!!

Once you feel specific food giving your body medicinal instructions… how do you ever go back?!

I am so so so grateful to have found ! And of course she lived in NYC for years.

Excited and beyond grateful to get started this week 🪽🤍🪽

San Jose… rainy season… I love you.

Where people have pure hearts and protect you. The land is vibrant (in magical pockets). The temperature perfect. Cost of living incredible. The rain cozy. The mountains steadying.

Appreciating home more and more….

✨ BEYOND GRATEFUL ✨
This past weekend in Nosara, I had the honour of guiding a channeled meditation with crystal bowls, an eye-gazing practice, and an intention-setting exercise for 20 mayors from across Guanacaste — inviting them into heart-centred, strategic leadership. Each stepped into the person creating the change they envisioned, and were witnessed as the one who embodies it.

It was a privilege to contribute to this official government wellness and leadership retreat, alongside extraordinary Costa Rican (Tico/Tica) practitioners — especially meaningful after having been part of the pilot program.

The retreat wove together fitness, breathwork, PSYCH-K, political strategy planning, and more… integrating the inner and outer tools of leadership.

For me, it was also a deeply personal moment of alchemy… transforming something once very difficult into pure beauty. Now, only beauty remains. 🌸

Returning to Nosara with my first crystal bowl event since leaving felt full-circle… a reminder that when you fight to protect a community, you are lifted into magical spaces with others doing the same.

I am excited to continue being part of this movement: co-creating impact, healing, and leadership that is as strategic as it is heart-led. 💫

NEW WHIP ✨✨✨

I landed in San Jose, was picked up in my amazing jungle truck… and had a moment of clarity, where I was like “that’s it, time for a new car… I need a big white SUV”

So I text that I’m ready for a new car and can we please start to plan this out… and he literally sends me this one (not knowing I had just asked for a big white SUV)

I was like, “oh that’s my truck”

Was within my budget, and so I bought it the next day! Weeeee ✨✨✨

The power of alignment….

Grateful for my jungle truck! She healed me!!! Driving in a city where you constantly have to play chicken in traffic, with mud tires, and double stick (regular gears & off roading ones)…. Learning how not to slide backwards on off-roading inclines where it’s sand/mud only.. and drive through rivers and up small waterfalls has been fun!!

Now time for a little more ease…. 🥰🥰🥰
