In this video tutorial, we present a true gem of Standing Qigong. Bharu will guide you through 5 specific postures designed to cultivate the internal movement of vital energy within the stillness of the form.

How to Practice:
The Set: 5 specific Standing Postures.
The Breath: 10 deep nasal breaths in each position.
The Alignment: Keep the physical body relaxed without collapsing your skeletal structure.

The Foundations of Wuji: The Mother posture in Qigong

In this brief tutorial, we will explore the essential foundations of the Wuji posture—the 'Mother Posture' of Qigong. Wuji is both a physical structure to be developed and a meditative state to be cultivated.

Cosmologically, Wuji (Dynamic Neutrality) the primordial void—the state of optimal potential that allows the eternal transformation of the Tao to unfold.

Practicing this posture will help you regulate your body's alignment, find the perfect balance between tension and relaxation (Song), and locate your physical center. By establishing this solid foundation, you allow Qi (vital energy) to flow naturally, effectively reducing stagnation and restoring harmony to your system.

The jungle of Nosara served as the perfect alchemical chamber for our recent 5 Animals Qigong intensive. 🌿✨
By embodying the archetypal movements of the Dragon, Tiger, Leopard, Snake, and Crane, we navigated the intricate map of the five elements and their corresponding vital organs.
