✨As we age it’s important to keep the front hip muscles strong and pliable.
🪑Cause of weakness? Sitting
🚨Injury cause?
Falling stepping up a curb or walking because weakness, inability & awareness to lift the leg.
🌿Practice?
From Down Dog step the right foot forward & back. Repeat with left, right, left, right for 60 seconds or longer.
Modification is in tabletop pull right knee to chest and extend back. Repeat left, right, left etc.
