Friday FUN with Norman the cat😽😽

Meet Norman, we adopted sweet Norman from animal shelter in 2019. He loves to sleep in this pose, with his arms and legs in the air, showing off his big belly and taking in the here and now.

While this isn't an official yoga pose, it is definitely worth trying when you need a giggle or two, and it also is quite relaxing😻😻😻

My arms reach up to you

In all my yoga classes (flow, yin, and qi yoga) we focus on our breath. Our breath is our healer, our breath is our guide, our breath is our teacher. Take a moment, everyday, to notice your breath, and then feel the wonderful changes that happen within.💗

Do you want some YIN with your YANG?🙏

What is Yin Yoga❤

Yin yoga is a floor based class where we target the connectives tissues; fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. While holding poses for longer periods of time, we are able to stretch and lengthen these tissues.

It is also slower and more meditative than most yoga classes. It is a wonderful way to restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies.

Yummy Yin is waiting for you in my Qi Yoga class on Tuesdays - 10:30am at !

I’m Free

I wake up this morning
and I say to myself
I’m free
yesterday is gone
today is a blank canvas
for me

What will I paint in the sky today
will it be rainbows of hope
or are ego’s stories getting in the way

What will I write upon my heart’s speak
will it be words of love to share
or are tomorrow’s worries clouding the air

What will I see
when I gaze upon the vast Earth around
is it Nature’s inspiration giving me flight
or are the mind’s struggles holding me down
