Mr Bananas Older More Mature Brother, we get so many that it's only fair we share with our guests.
Do you need to meet & greet all your guests when hosting them for serviced accommodation? No not at all,
The VA's take care of all the guest communication, but for us we like to build relationships, especially when people are staying for a month.
They have a child, we have a child, they come to Costa Rica we like to share knowledge and exchange wisdom to ultimately make sure they leave more informed than they arrived.
1 x 30 day booking = Property Rent Covered + 33% Profit (bonus no housekeeping needed for 1 month)
We also have 1 x 7 nights stay giving us 50% of the rent on another unit
