We are excited to be hosting Playa Negra Yoga Institute's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training November 4 -19. Facilitated by experienced teachers: Hali Love and Selena Garefino Yoga. Join this dynamic duo for a 16 day yoga immersion - perfect for those who want to teach yoga, teachers looking to advanced their teaching and those who simply want to participate as retreater.

Our Story

A beautiful full-service retreat centre located in the heart of the quaint surf village of Playa Negra Guanacaste. We have 2 yoga studios: one complete with AC, wifi and projector (for group presentations), new Manduka yoga mats, blocks and straps, and a quality stereo system, and an outdoor aerial yoga shala. We offer hotel accommodations or private villa rentals with a full kitchen, all with wifi, access to our onsite pool and cafe, which offers delicious meals and custom menus.
