Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony

You are warmly invited to an evening of Cacao & Sound Healing held in the beautiful Ananda Shala at Svastha.

This ceremony is an opportunity to slow down, soften the nervous system, and release stuck or stagnant energy through the gentle opening of ceremonial cacao and the healing vibrations of sound.

We will begin by sharing cacao with intention, allowing the heart to open and the body to relax into a deeper state of presence. From there, you’ll be guided through a sound healing journey using a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, various drums, chimes, and more, to support emotional release, grounding, and inner alignment.

No experience is necessary — simply come as you are. This space is for rest, reconnection, and synchronizing back into your natural healing frequency.
