A daily full-body warm oil massage is a powerful recharger and rejuvenator of mind and body, and an integral part of the daily routine recommended for overall health and well-being.

First, warm your bottle of oil in hot water for a few minutes, then dip your fingertips into the warm oil and lightly apply to entire body using your palm and fingertips.

Begin at the crown on your head in circular strokes.
Massage the face with upward circular motions around the forehead, temples, cheeks and jaw.
Use long strokes on the limbs, the arms and legs, and use upward circular strokes toward your heart on your joints, the elbow’s and knees.
Massaging the abdomen and chest, follow the large intestine up the right side of the abdomen, then across, and down the left side. Finish massaging the feet.

When finished sit and relax with the oil for 5-15 minutes to let the oil absorb and the magic sink in.
