✨ Sisters, I’m feeling called to share something close to my heart.

Through my own initiation into the birth portal and postpartum, I felt the depth of what it means to be held, witnessed, and supported in this tender season. The need is so real, and it stirred something deep within me.

When I set the intention to step into this work, a mentor appeared offering guidance and training—it felt like a clear sign from the Universe. 🌙

So, I’ve created a new page devoted entirely to supporting women through birth and postpartum. This way, my Kambo page remains focused on that sacred medicine, while this new space can hold the softness and care that postpartum requires.

I’d love for you to follow along and share this page with women who may need a village of support.

A Guided Nature Walk & Meditation 🌿

Join us on a guided walk and meditation and witness the lush green life all around us!

On this walk you will be gently guided through a series of sensory, creative and physical activities, designed to slow you down, relax into the calm of the forest and to connect with your nature.

Forest Mediation is guided immersion in nature which aims to tap into the healing benefits of the forest.

Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing or Forest Meditation is an evidence based technique that practices slowing down in nature, connecting with the breath and the senses. This practice nourishes the nervous system, reduces stress and boosts the immune system.

Come experience the benefits yourself!

This is a two hour guided walking experience. Moderate fitness levels are required. The trail is a gentle terrain, with some small hills.

The intention is to slow down and connect. There is no goal, no destination; this is not a hiking group.

This walk is for you if:
🌱 You are open to guided meditation
🌱 You are interested in connecting with plant and earth wisdom
🌱 You would like to connect with like-hearted community
🌱 You care about the natural world
🌱 You are curious to learn simple, nourishing meditation practices

What to bring:
- A small forest offering — herbs, a flower, crystal, or something from the heart (optional)
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Comfortable hiking shoes or boots
- Water, tea, or hot cocoa to sip

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here — 5 months of sweet, sacred baby bliss. I thought I’d share more of our journey, but the truth is... every time magic unfolds, my phone is nowhere near. I’m not documenting — I’m living it. Fully. Deeply. Undistracted (well…mostly).

For me this is a time of sacred pause... motherhood has drawn me deep into the mystery. For now I am choosing slowness, devotion and quiet rebirth.

Though I’m submerged in this tender season, I am still serving medicines, with very limited availability. If you’re a past client or someone who feels the pull to sit with the medicine — and don’t mind waiting a few weeks for a session — please reach out.

This summer, I’ll begin gently emerging with Forest Meditation Walks in the lush greens of Woodstock, Waterloo & London, areas.

Welcome to the world, Alessa Rose 🌹

Born December 10th, under the adventurous and fiery spirit of Sagittarius, our precious girl has made her way Earth-side.

Bringing her into the world was ceremonial, a birth so sacred to us—one that has left me forever changed, in awe, and deeply grateful.

These past weeks, I’ve been immersed in her presence, holding her close, feeling her spirit, and learning her unique rhythms.

I delayed sharing this moment because I’ve been savoring the sacred intimacy of getting to know her, treasuring every second of this new chapter and cherishing every moment of this unfolding love.

Thank you for your patience and your love as I continue to grow into this new role. 🌿✨

This is my final photo in my Maiden phase. The transition is imminent, unfolding as soon as baby decides it’s time.

I see the transition from Maidenhood to Motherhood as a sacred rite of passage—a profound shift that touches every layer of my being. A process of embracing a deeper sense of purpose, and embodying the sacred responsibility of nurturing life.

As I prepare to welcome this little soul earthside, I honor the Maiden within me—the free-spirited, curious part of me who danced through life with lightness.

I know I will have moments of longing for the carefree days of Maidenhood.

But Motherhood is calling me now, and with it comes a new rhythm. I see the immense gift awaiting me. This transition feels like stepping into my sacred purpose—my work here on earth—to nurture and raise the next generation.

Planting a seed of love & kindness in this world, guiding her in cultivating a strong moral compass and a deep connection to her own truth.

She will be part of co-creating the New Earth, one that is rooted in compassion, harmony, and light. Now my work is guiding her to take on this role.

The greatest compliment I’ve ever received came from my partner, who lovingly dubbed me “babyzilla”—a playful twist on bridezilla.

After every midwife appointment, I dive into research and discuss the choices we need to make. On this particular day, the topic was pharmaceuticals—a topic that brings up some challenging feelings for me—and my intensity was showing.

When I asked him about my new nickname, he reflected: “If every bridezilla cared this much about her birth experience and how we welcome souls into this world, imagine how different things would be.”

It struck me deeply. I may never be a bridezilla; I’d happily exchange vows in an intimate, detail-free ceremony. But when it comes to birth, every detail matters.

I care about questioning everything presented to me while remaining open to the wisdom of the incredible Wise Women supporting me on this journey. I’ve been tuning into my body and what feels right for me in creating a sacred, informed space for welcoming life. ❤️

For years, I’ve been manifesting this moment—envisioning my child and the sacred journey of motherhood. I always knew that nurturing the next generation was my soul’s purpose on this earth.

Through ceremony, prayer, and deep manifestation, I’ve faced the question of whether this moment would ever come—and now it has.

The joy is beyond what I could have imagined. My heart has grown in ways I never thought possible, and the divine love I’m experiencing is truly all-encompassing. Each day, I connect with her spirit, sharing my dreams and hopes for her future. I’m already deeply in love.

As I prepare for her arrival, I find myself drawn to the sharings of the Wise Women and Mamas with empowering birth stories, seeking soul-nourishing advice for this incredible journey ahead.

To those of you with whom I’ve shared my story over the years, thank you for holding my vision and supporting me in manifesting my greatest work here on earth.

I can feel the birth portal calling me stronger with each passing day.

Just as a woman’s heart beats instinctively, her lungs breathe life, and her hand pulls away from fire—so too does her body know how to birth.

This pregnancy has been a beautiful, easeful journey, supported by my loving partner, with whom I share a deep devotion.

This portal is bringing clarity—allowing blessings to flow in, showing me who my people are, how to advocate for my child, and illuminating the path ahead. I’ll share more when I’m called to.
