This morning in the practice with the group there was a huge release.
Your body is not asking for more pressure.
It is asking for flow. 🌊
Slow down for a moment.
When emotions feel heavy, don’t try to silence them immediately.
Move them.
Breathe through them.
Let them soften.
A simple water ritual: hug
take 5 conscious breaths near water today — the ocean, a shower, a bath, even warm water in your hands.
Exhale slowly and imagine tension leaving the body instead of staying trapped in the mind.
Water reminds us that healing is not always force.
Sometimes it is softness.
Sometimes it is allowing yourself to feel.
And soon…
we will experience practices like this together.
Ocean-inspired movement, grounding rituals, deep rest and space to reconnect with yourself in a different way. ✨
