Reflections part 2
This long never ending emotionally challenging January ( isn’t it for many of you ? ) brought a lot of clearing views and a great need to slow down and be more essential .
Less things , more sleep , less external inputs and more focus on listening . This is IDENTITY . In a massive world
of people doind the same things , saying the same things , producing the same contents etc we can see a lost of identity.
Identity is something that we build every day every moment t we enter in listening of WHO we really are .
So this January is asking us to be honest , sincere , clear with ourselves and let emerge our true self .
And how is your January going ?

Questo lungo eterno e emozionalmente sfidante gennaio ( non è’ così per molti di voi ? Ha portato molta chiara visione e un grande bisogno di rallentare e ritornare all’ essenziale .
Meno cose , più sonno , meno impulsi esterni e più ascolto . E’ ciò che si chiama IDENTITÀ.
In un mondo dove si tende a fare tutti le stesse cose , a dire le stesse cose a produrre gli stessi contenuti un po’ rivisitati sie’ persa quella identità propria
Identità e’ qualcosa che si costruisce ogni giorno , ogni istante che ascolti chi veramente sei .
Così quest gennaio ci sta chiedendo di essere sinceri , onesti con noi stessi per far emergere chi siamo .
