Trista has PCOS and these are her results over the last 11 weeks. Trista is down 23 pounds (10.4kgs) which is AMAZING!! She’s also lost 39 cm (15 inches) by making some small but achievable changes.
Here is what we AREN’T doing with her:
❌ Ultra-low calorie dieting
❌ Unsustainable / restrictive eating patterns
We simply took an individualised & PCOS specific approach:
✍️ We looked at her starting point
✍️ We looked at her goals
✍️ We took into account her PCOS and her lifestyle / schedule
Here is what has made the biggest difference for her:
✅ Prioritised Protein
✅ 5 x 30 minute walks per week
✅ Worked on a sleep routine
✅ Establishing a routine to not skip supplements (Inositol, NAC, Berberine, Omega 3, Vitamin D & Magnesium Glycinate)
Here is a little from Trista.. “Over the past 10 weeks, I’ve lost 10.4 kg (23 lbs) and 39 cm (15 inches) by making some small but achievable changes. I won’t lie, there have been plenty of ups and downs, but if I had given up each time the scale spiked, I wouldn’t have the results I have today. Prioritising protein at every meal has really helped keep me full and energised, which made it easier to fit in around five 30-minute walks each week.
Working on my sleep routine and sticking to my supplements - Inositol, NAC, Berberine, Omega 3, Magnesium Glycinate, and Vitamin D was important for me. Learning to turn off technology before bed was tough, but once I started falling asleep faster, it got easier, and waking up at the same time each morning became a habit all on its own. These small changes have now given me a solid foundation to build on.
Now, I’m working on increasing my overall movement throughout the day, increasing hydration and introducing resistance training with my NOVUM Coach, Sarah, which I’m really excited about.”
