Hi!
My name is Chakiris, AKA Chak. I was born in Switzerland, raised in Costa Rica, and lived in the US for over 25 years.

I am a certified fitness instructor, Personal Trainer, Martial Arts, Gymnastics coach, and Massage Therapyst.

I am currently living in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Im very excited to share all my knowledge and skills thru privates, group clases or our famous all wood jungle gym.

We recently opened the gym in the area of Tamarindo, the perfect combination for jungle workouts, enjoying the outdoors, and wellness.
