Purging is one of the most common apprehensions for those considering a Reunion retreat — and understandably so. It can seem intimidating at first. But purging and "being sick" are not the same thing.

In ceremony, purging plays an important role: it helps release stagnant energy, unresolved trauma, and stored emotions. It's like the body’s eject button, clearing what no longer serves you and easing inner struggle and pain.
