Nature has so much to teach us. Embrace the grace and stability of it in your yoga practice. The iconic and magnificent Vrksasana, commonly known as the Tree Pose not only strengthens your body, but also helps you find balance and tranquillity within.
💫 Tip: If you're new to Tree Pose, you can practise near a wall or use a chair for support until you gain confidence and find your balance. Super important, please never place your foot on your knee. Either above on your thigh or below on your calf, but never on your knee. 🙏 Finding something to focus on helps my balance. Start with hands at heart, then above your head and to challenge yourself more, try closing your eyes.
