This feels like the right moment to reintroduce ourselves because this space has changed because we have.
We are Sukhi and Josh.
Partners in life, love, healing, and constant becoming.
Some of you know us from Healing in Colour, a season rooted in our yurt in Canada. That space held so much beauty, learning, and growth.
And like many things in our lives, it evolved. What once had a name, a place, and a structure slowly returned to its roots. Us.
We left Canada, packed our lives into bags, traveled for a year, and let the road reshape us.
Eventually, life gently (and sometimes not so gently) guided us to Costa Rica. Not because everything was clear, but because it felt aligned enough to trust.
Plans changed. Then changed again. And again.
We learned to loosen our grip, listen more closely, and let life show us the next step instead of forcing it.
This has not been easy.
But we are doing it together.
This space is about our combined work and our shared values.
With humans of all ages.
With children and families.
With men and women doing the brave work of looking inward.
We work with sound healing, reiki, mindfulness, nervous system support, conscious connection, healthy relationships, family healing, and cycle breaking.
Not from a place of perfection, but from lived experience.
This account is not about a brand anymore.
It is about presence.
It is about walking the work.
It is about choosing connection again and again.
