In the meanwhile... A few details 💫
1. Lymphatic
It's a gentle technique to help move lymphatic fluid, which can become stagnant and cause swelling (lymphedema). It is not a traditional deep-tissue massage; instead, it uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage the flow of lymph fluid towards functioning lymph nodes, which can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and potentially relieve sinus congestion.
2. Draining for muscles.
Is a manual massage that uses firm pressure on the whole body, with precise tonic movements, at a faster pace, on the circulatory path of the lymphatic system, with “pumping” type pressure on the lymph glands and exclusive manoeuvres.
A complete range of techniques designed to relieve pain, improve circulation, and reduce tension in the muscles, connective tissues, and ligaments.
