Love, forgive, surrender to your Divine Presence.

Don't obsessively seek peace.
Do not seek immediate relief from any suffering, rather listen to it, go through it and then let it go without resistance. Do not look for any state other than the one you are in Now, as it will only fuel a hidden conflict and generate new resistance. Love that moment, despite everything, because it is true, because it is teaching you something, and because you are creating it exactly as it is.
Forgive yourself for not feeling yourself an adequate bodily reflection of the Divine Presence that you perceive in you, of the consciousness that you are. When you do not resist your restlessness you stop feeding it and like an alchemist you transform it into peace. Non-resistance is the alchemical key to transmutation.
This is the deeper meaning of surrender to the Now moment. Everything is perfect as it is.
