Ese lugar seguro, en donde prevalece el amor, la confianza, la esperanza. Permítele a tu corazón ser el hogar al que siempre puedes recurrir cuando la situación afuera no parece ir como se creía. La ilusión de que las cosas están bajo control es solo eso, una ilusión. Fortalece tu capacidad de amar, de confiar, de ser solidaria y de repartir luz. Eres un ser de luz, no lo olvides.

La salud holística incluye nuestras relaciones con los demás y un fuerte sentido de apoyo y comunidad. Para las mujeres es importante reunirnos con la intención de conexión y amor incondicional. Los círculos de mujeres son para sentirnos unidas, fuertes, empoderadas pero siempre bajo un manto de respeto hacia todos y todas. Celebramos nuestra feminidad y celebramos el sagrado masculino también. En los círculos existe un acuerdo de no criticarnos y de nunca hablar mal de nadie, incluyendo a los hombres que son parte integral y vital de nuestras vidas. Gracias mujeres por ser valientes y venir a hacer el trabajo ❤️ a compartirse y a permitirse recibir 🔥
