* All levels of Yoga experience are very welcome in all of our classes. It doesn't matter if you can touch your toes or if you believe you are 'flexible' or not - what's most important is your commitment to take care of yourself from love and to give space for your Yoga practice to bless you in mind, heart, body, and soul.

FEE: $10 USD per person per Yoga class OR 4,000 Colones per person per Yoga class for Lake Arenal Community Members.

Mystica has been operating for over 30 years now, and for more than half of that time we have been cultivating and nurturing the aspect of the business where we host intimate groups (maximum 20-22 people) at our beautiful, tropical oasis for body + soul. 🦋

It is a gorgeous and spacious property in the lush, green hills overlooking the majestic Arenal lake & volcano. We have a Yoga sanctuary called 'La Esencia' in the jungle by the Naranjos Agrios river, a dipping pool with a waterfall, a meditation labyrinth based in Sacred Geometry, and two treatment rooms for wellness therapies including a Treehouse and a Crystal Cabin.

Mystica has 12 accommodations in total, and our restaurant with an outdoor terrace specializes in delicious and nourishing Italian, Costa Rican, and International cuisine. 😋

Leaders and participants fall in LOVE with Mystica and find that this place holds them in such Nature and pure beauty that they reconnect powerfully with their souls and find rest and rejuvenation for their minds + bodies. Hola amigos y amigas! Mystica's restaurant is open (from Tuesday, Dec 2nd, 2025 to Saturday, February 7th, 2026) with the following hours:

MONDAY to FRIDAY: 5 - 8:30 PM
SATURDAY and SUNDAY: 12 - 8:30PM

Join us for a delicious meal 'hecho con amor' (made with love) based in Italian & International Cuisine and enjoy our spectacular view of the Arenal lake & volcano! 💗

Some of our most popular dishes include our thin crust Pizzas made in the 30 + year old wood burning oven, homemade Pastas such as Ravioli with spinach & cheese and Fettuccine with pesto, our Rainbow Salad, and who can forget the desserts? 😋Banoffi (banana cream pie), Tortino (warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream), Panna Cotta (Italian caramel flan), and more....
