Aluna Living was created when I was beginning to awaken to deep inner knowing and universal lessons. This journey that I have been on has inspired me to share what I have learned through observing nature, practicing yoga, meditation, and studying herbalism and permaculture. All of these disciplines have led me to the path of being of service to others and Mother Earth. One of the main lessons that I teach is one of unconditional love and support. I know many of us have heard of this before but few of us actually practice this consistently and it's not our fault. Unfortunately many of us have been raised in such a way that we are constantly surrounded by so many distractions, unhealthy food, and negative energy. We have manipulated in such a way that, we have accepted this disorder, and dissonance as normal. This couldn't be further from the truth your natural state is BALANCE & VITALITY!! I help people through teaching practices that bring you order and support you to detach from illusions, negative self-talk, programming, and habits that don't serve you. I do this in a variety of ways including:
Breath-work, Meditation, Yoga, Chakra alignment, and Herbal & Nutritional protocols, Distance Reiki Sessions, and New Moon Women's Circles. I'm here to remind you of your potential and that you are not alone. You have the power to create the lifestyle, relationships, and community that you desire. We have to begin by bringing order to ourSELVES, through unwavering love and acceptance. Then we can be balanced vessels of service to our loved ones, communities, the planet, and the collective which is LIMITLESS and so are YOU!! Wholeness and Love🙌🏻✨💜

🌱 Maiden: the spark of curiosity, playfulness, and potential. she reminds us to dream big and embrace possibility. Connects us to our follicular phase.
🌕 Mother: nurturing and creating, she teaches us to care for others while honoring ourselves. This is our ovulation time.
👑 Queen: rooted in sovereignty, she embodies confidence, clarity, and empowerment. This is our luteal phase of Pre-menstrual.

Embracing self-love means honoring every part of your journey, even the painful moments. Sometimes it’s the deepest wounds that point you back to the path you were always meant to be on.
Healing isn’t easy, but it’s where you find your true strength and rediscover your worth.
Every setback is a step toward your most aligned self.

Lately I’ve been aligning myself over and over to a state of love. It’s not focused on an object but rather on the infinite source of love.

It’s from this place I choose to connect to and from this place I know as stay awake to the messages, people I came across, synchronicities. I am guided to exactly where I need to be.
