What is yin yoga? Yin is the quiet conversation beneath the noise. The slow exhale. The long pause. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin invites you to settle into poses for several minutes at a time, gently targeting the deeper layers of the body like fascia, joints, and connective tissue. It is less about muscle effort and more about surrender, stillness, and listening.
