A brisk lone walk through the forest is not lonely at all.
I meet my body here.
The crunching ground beneath my feet.
The strength of my legs pushing and pulling me forward.
The swing of my arms keeping up and contributing to my chosen pace.
My spine absorbing and spiralling as warmth creeps over my whole being.
My heart both in physiological and spiritual ways speaking louder.
I listen.
I move.
I breathe into the silence, the safety of this moment.
I am not alone at all.
