As I was breastfeeding my soon 17-month old girlie, my oregano plant outside the store caught my eye. Teeny tiny leaves had emerged on a few branches where my kids had pulled some of the leaves. Like small ducklings popping back to the surface of the water, they looked inexperienced but happy and vibrant.

My oregano had “healed”. The only “doctors” it had seen was the Sun, some water, the soil, the air and frequencies it’s surrounded and enveloped by.

Why do we, people, think we are any different? We need the exact same inputs to regenerate🌱

Whatever there’s that you’d like to do but “don’t have time for” is exactly what you need to focus on. We are purposefully kept in a system that promotes business and is built to distract us (with things, career paths, real estate with ocean views, high protein diets etc). The fog we live in doesn’t allow our intuition to come through. Instead, mass media feeds us with what we “must know”. It hides the rebels and the warriors.

Peel the layers. Until you find yourself.

Busy is not important. Being you is.

e’ve been led to believe that there are 20 000-30 000 or whatever number of diseases. That’s why we are so obsessed with getting a diagnosis. A label. A confirmation that we’ve been attacked by this or that germ or that our genes have failed us. So we can get a synthetically produced pharmaceutical that “exactly” matches our “diagnosis”, and almost instantaneously “get better”.

In reality, it doesn’t matter if we identify the clean-up crew that has come to mop up the toxins or take care of the decaying tissue in our bodies as staph, strep, herpes or influenza viruses. Why? Because there’s only 1 dis-ease. It manifests when our bodies experience reduced ability to produce energy, or electrical charge . What we call “dis-ease” is actually our body performing required therapeutic functions to get back to homeostasis. Healing takes time, and that’s ok!

We are a living battery 🔋 Its charge is preserved when we eat living foods and drink clean structured water, keep connected to the earth, the sun and living beings, through movement and the way we think. When we have neglected some of these parts, certain high quality supplements can help us increase our energy production - while we are working on re-establishing our connections and self-care. Supplements can never replace life-style choices and self-care practices I mentioned above we need to implement to become healthy AF! 🙏

If what you are looking for is guidance on clean, earth-kind and non-toxic living while maintaining a mindful approach based on self-reflection, open-mindedness, soul-searching and courage, I’m here to help you.

For the past few years I’ve been doing extensive research on how and what toxins to get rid of in our home, how to reduce waste and increase our awareness about what sort of environmental and social impact our consumption has. While my family and I have by no means figured it all out yet, we’ve realised there are certain small steps everyone can take toward a more sustainable, slow, clean, organic and non-toxic living!

Using a proprietary screening system, I advocate a more mindful consumption by vetting the corporates that produce non-toxic products with as little environmental footprint as possible! My goal is to look beyond overused concepts such as “natural”, “green” or “eco-friendly” and reward the companies that truly walk the sustainability talk. I also share guidance, hacks, tips and inspiration about slow, clean, organic and non-toxic living. You can rest assured that I test everything before recommending anything. Scratching the surface is not what you can expect from me. Deep-dives is!

Non-toxic mind is another subject I care deeply about. In a world of constant noise, there is seldom room or time to reflect why we think what we think or do what we do. I’m fascinated how by tweaking (or “detoxifying”) our assumptions we can adjust our course of action. To state it differently, our decisions tend to suffer from path-dependency as we base our understanding of the world on a number of “conventional truths”. But how come we are carrying these beliefs to start with and are they really ours or have we just simply inherited them from our family, friends and/or society because “things were always done that way before”?
