Nature, fresh air, grounding,hydration, and healthy sunlight.
So many people have been taught to fear the sun, spending their days indoors disconnected from the very thing that helps regulate our mood, circadian rhythm, vitality, and overall well-being. While balance and common sense matter, the sun is not the enemy. In many ways, it is life itself.
When I spend intentional time under the sun, I feel more energized, more alive, and more connected to my body. My skin glows differently, my nervous system relaxes, and my spirit feels nourished. The healthiest skincare routines are not always found in a bottle… sometimes they’re found barefoot in nature, breathing deeply, and allowing the body to receive what it was designed for.
