I’ve seen firsthand how unhealed wounds show up in leadership, relationships, and personal struggles. I lived it.

Success on the outside but exhausted and disconnected on the inside. It wasn’t until I went through real initiations—facing my own shadows, learning to lead from presence instead of pain—that everything changed.
