Looking for help with any aspect of your practice.. Just ask 25 years of teaching, training and therapeutic yoga. Working with Chair, Restorative, Yin, or Hatha yoga and Yogic, Buddhist, and Non-secular meditation. Now is a quiet time for working on your own practice. Daily class at 8:30- 10 or by appointment.
