Lower Back Pain๐
Lower back pain (LBP) is pain in the lumbar region of the spine, which is the area between the bottom of the ribcage and the hips. It can feel like muscle tension, stiffness, or pain, and can limit your ability to move. LBP can be acute (short-term), sub-acute (medium-term), or chronic (long-term):
Acute: Pain that lasts less than 12 weeks
Sub-acute: Pain that lasts between 6 and 12 weeks
Chronic: Pain that lasts 12 weeks or more
LBP can have many causes, including:
1.Muscle or tendon injuries
2.Degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis or intervertebral disc degeneration
3.Spinal disc herniation
4.Broken vertebrae
5.Infections or tumors of the spine
6.Medical conditions affecting the female reproductive system
