✨ Iza nas je naš prvi yoga retreat na engleskom, u planinama severnog Portugala, iznad Porta, na potpuno čarobnom i izolovanom mestu. 🌿
Imali smo neverovatnu grupu iz čak 9 zemalja! 🌍 Četiri joga programa dnevno, meditacija, disanje, kontemplacija — i puno tišine da se ponovo povežemo sa sobom. I dovoljnio vremena da se povežemo sa drugima❤️
Na sredini retreat-a imali smo i dan potpune tišine a za one koji su želeli -i da nastave do kraja. 🕊️
A hrana… prava hrana za telo i dušu. 🥗💛

✨ Behind us: our very first Disconnect to reconnect yoga retreat in English, high in the mountains of northern Portugal, above Porto, in a truly magical, secluded place. 🌿
We shared this experience with an incredible group from 9 countries! 🌍 Four yoga sessions a day, meditation, breathing, contemplation—and plenty of silence to reconnect with ourselves-and enough time to truly connect with others.
Midway through, we had a day of complete silence and for those who wished to continue it - until the end. 🕊️
And the food… absolute nourishment for body and soul. 🥗💛
