Ana Ristic, Belgrade born who lived in China and traveled through India, Nepal and Thailand since 2004. Now back in Serbia as an experienced yoga instructor,certified by Andiappan Yoga Center, Chennai, India. I am here to share the knowledge I gained in Asia, ease the stiffness and enjoy a good workout with all of you ready to have a complete physical and spiritual exercise. Beside making you more flexible, yoga will help you build your muscle strength, improve your posture, protect your spine, increase your blood flow, boost your immunity and make you a happier person altogether. We will be doing Vinyasa also called flow yoga, which is an active practice of yoga, with a lot of movement, flow, from asana to asana, which will end up in deeper stretches on the floor and longer holding of the pose, elements from Hatha yoga practice.
