Edukativna radionica povodom
"Dana ružičaste vrpce 2022."

u 19 sati.
Na radionici ćemo se podsjetiti koliko nam je važna sama prevencija raka dojke, koje su mjere prevencije istog,
demonstrirati ću vam i naučit ćemo kako pravilno izvoditi samopregled dojki,
podsjetit ćemo se na važnost ultrazvučnog i mamografskog pregleda,
koliko je važna podrška okoline u liječenju raka dojke,
kako ja mogu sama sebi pomoći,
kako joga i zvukoterapija svojim nježnim i cjelovitim pristupom mogu pomoći i pridonjeti u procesu konvencionalnog liječenja raka dojke...
Pokušat ćemo duboko svjesno disati...pokušat ćemo osvjestiti svoje tijelo...nešto ćemo naučiti...posvetit ćemo se sebi i svom zdravlju...u trajanju od sat, sat i pol...ili dok ne odlučimo da je vrijeme za ići kući...za taj dan...
Bilo da samo želite nešto naučiti o ovako važnoj temi za žene, bilo da ste u rizičnoj skupini za isto, bilo da je neka Vaša žena, majka, kćer, sestra, prijateljica u procesu liječenja ili ste i sama u istom, bilo da ste prošla tešku borbu sa ovom bolešću...dođite, budite podrška...budite tu..za NJU...

At the workshop, we will remind ourselves how important the prevention of breast cancer is to us, what are the prevention measures,
I will demonstrate to you and we will learn how to properly perform a breast self-examination,
we will remind ourselves of the importance of ultrasound and mammography examination,
how important is the support of the environment in the treatment of breast cancer,
how can i help myself
how yoga and sound therapy, with their gentle and holistic approach, can help and contribute to the process of conventional breast cancer treatment...
We will try to breathe deeply consciously...we will try to make our body aware...we will learn something...we will devote ourselves and our health...for an hour, an hour and a half...or until we decide it is time to go home...for the day...
Whether you just want to learn something about such an important topic for women, whether you are in a risk group for the same, whether your wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend is in the process of treatment or you yourself are in the same, whether you have gone through hard fight with this disease...come, be supportive...be there..for HER...
