Kome je namenjen ovaj seminar?
Svima onima koji imaju želju da zarone u čarobni TYM svet koji nas uči svesnom dodiru, prisutnosti, umeću otpuštanja, davanja i primanja i osluškivanju sopstvenog unutrašnjeg glasa. U seminaru možete učestvovati i ako imate prethodno iskustvo sa Thai Yoga Masažom, ali i ukoliko se nikada pre niste susreli sa ovom tehnikom.

Šta ćemo obrađivati na seminaru?
Učićemo osnovne principe i tehnike i rad u različitim položajima (na leđima, na boku, na stomaku). Fokusiraćemo se na specifične tehnike thai masaže kao što su mobilnost, istezanje i akupresura. Kako bismo prošli celo telo, kreiraćemo sekvencu koja uključuje rad od stopala do glave, istovremeno brinući se o sopstvenom blagostanju tokom masaže. Kroz ovakav način primanja i davanja razvijamo senzitivnost u kontaktu sa drugima, prisutnost i pažnju i otvaramo se ka dubokom otpuštanju.

TCM recognizes the importance of balancing the opposing forces of yin and yang within the body. Winter, being a yin season, encourages practices that nourish and support the deeper, quieter aspects of our being. It's a time to preserve energy, allowing for rejuvenation and restoration.

In TCM, the winter season is associated with the kidneys. Winter practices often focus on nurturing and supporting kidney health.
