🧘🏻♀️We’re starting September with deep relaxation and inviting you to try a new practice – Yoga Nidra.
🌿This is a unique deep relaxation technique created by the Indian master Swami Satyananda Saraswati. In Yoga Nidra, we remain on the edge between sleep and wakefulness: the body fully rests while the mind stays aware.
🫂We’ll begin with a gentle joint warm-up, then move into breathing exercises, followed by immersion into a trance-like state while lying on mats. The practice will last an hour and a half, and afterwards everyone is welcome to stay for tea and conversations about yoga.
