Today, on World Mental Health Day 2025, we remember that mental health is real, it matters, and millions of young people around the world face invisible struggles every day.
This year’s theme “Mental health in humanitarian emergencies” reminds us that in times of crisis, everyone deserves support, care, and understanding. 🌍

As Youth 4 Health, we have the power to raise awareness, break stigma, and create safe spaces for those who need it most.💚

Danas, na Svetski dan mentalnog zdravlja 2025, podsećamo se da je mentalno zdravlje stvarno, da je važno i da milioni mladih širom sveta prolaze kroz nevidljive borbe svakog dana.
Ovogodišnja tema “Mentalno zdravlje u humanitarnim vanrednim situacijama“ podseća nas da u vremenima krize svako zaslužuje podršku, brigu i razumevanje. 🌍

Youth 4 Health, in collaboration with The Youth Club Novi Sad , kicked off a fun and inter-dialogue roundtable discussion in preparation for Mental Health Week. The session featured meaningful conversations and wrapped up with engaging games. together, we’re creating safe spaces for youth voices and mental well-being. 💚
