And that is how the now existing The House of Health Secanj, in Secanj (Sečanj), municipality Secanj (then bigger village, now town and municipality for itself), was built! Medical Doctor Milinko Milic was the founder and the one who built that House of Health Secanj. Also, the now existing the Night and Urgent (on call) Medical Working service Department of the House of Health Secanj, in Secanj, was also idea of medical Doctor Milinko Milic, who came on the idea of organizing the Night and Urgent (on call) Medical Service Department of the House of Health Secanj in 1976. year, so that the people of the entire municipality of Secanj can have all day and night urgent and necessary medical help that they need, any day and night. He realized that idea in 1976. That Night and Urgent (on call) Medical Service of the House of Health Secanj, still exists also nowdays. Dom Zdravlja Sečanj
je napravljen i izgradjen zaslugom Doktora Milinka Milića, jer je na njegovu LIČNU IDEJU i inicijativu, koju je dao na sastanku mesne zajednice Secanj, 1981. godine, za vreme dok je bio najpre v.d. direktora, a zatim i Direktor Doma Zdravlja Sečanj, je taj Dom zdravlja i izgradjen. Tada je dao i ideju da gradjani odvajaju svoja sredstva u okviru samodoprinosa, i da se upravo tim sredstvima i izgradi Dom zdravlja. Doktor Milinko Milić je zaslužan što se taj Dom Zdravlja izgradio.
