Ako ti je telo "zarđalo" čim otvoriš oči – nisi sam/a. Jutarnja ukočenost je česta kod ljudi koji dugo sede, spavaju u lošem položaju ili imaju oslabljene mišiće leđa i vrata.

❌ Izbegavaj sledeće odmah nakon buđenja:
– Naglo ustajanje iz kreveta
– Savijanje unapred (npr. vezivanje pertli odmah)
– Teške pokrete bez zagrevanja
– Skrolovanje telefona u krevetu (dodatno napreže vrat i ramena)
– Odlaganje pokreta (dugo ležanje i izbegavanje aktivnosti)

✅ Šta da radiš umesto toga?
✔️ Protrljaj ruke, istegni se u ležećem položaju
✔️ Uradi lagano kruženje ramenima, vratom i zglobovima
✔️ Ustani sa strane, bez stresa na kičmu
