Thank you to Hoteliers Global for inviting me to share the conversation with , founder of .

We talked about why wellness must be accessible to all and how true connection happens when it’s built into every layer of hospitality, from staff culture to community partnerships.

Years of running retreats keep proving the same insight: when land, tradition, and local culture guide the experience, a retreat becomes more than time away, it becomes the first step toward someone reconnecting with what’s most important to them.

That’s why we’re seeing the rise of digital detox retreats, nature-based experiences, and spaces focused on women’s health.

It’s an honor to be in this work, holding space for that kind of reconnection.

Super excited to share that Tuesday is the final day to apply for our Costa Brava FAM trip (Oct 14 to 19).
This trip is for experienced retreat leaders who are interested in discovering the Costa Brava region through the retreat lens.

One of the biggest challenges when planning a retreat is committing to a place you haven’t experienced firsthand. This trip offers what every retreat leader needs: the chance to scout the destination, meet potential partners, and get a real sense of how it all flows.

It’s no surprise that Costa Brava is gaining traction as a retreat destination. The properties, the landscape, the cultural depth, it’s all there.
It stands out as a place where everything naturally aligns with what retreat leaders are looking for.

We’re curating a small group of leaders from around the world, with a special focus on those based in France, Italy, Germany, the UK, and Holland.
This experience is hosted by the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava, in collaboration with Alba Wellness.
