It can also help with body-related issues, including weight concerns and mobility, by addressing the underlying beliefs connected to them.

Let’s make a list and get to work.
If you want to work more efficiently, it’s essential to create structure. Without structure, chaos quickly takes over, and when there’s chaos, it’s hard to focus or get anything done.

One of the simplest ways to bring order into your day is by making lists. Writing things down helps you clear mental space and gives your mind a sense of direction. But there are many other ways to build structure and calm into your daily life:
- Set clear intentions for your day. Start each morning by asking yourself what truly matters today.
- Create routines that support you. Small habits like a morning walk, journaling, or setting aside time to unwind, help your mind feel safe and steady.
- Prioritize rest. Structure isn’t only about doing more; it’s also about knowing when to pause. Rest gives your body and mind time to reset.
- Keep your environment organized. A clear space encourages a clear mind.
- Stay consistent. Even small steps, repeated regularly, can create big changes over time.

When your life has structure, your mind can finally relax. The less chaos you carry inside, the more space there is for calm, focus, and creativity.

Happy New Year!

As I look back on the past year, I feel nothing but gratitude. It has been a beautiful year filled with meaningful sessions, deep conversations, and powerful moments of growth. I am truly thankful for everyone who trusted me with their stories and allowed me to be part of their healing journey.

Being there for so many people and supporting them through their challenges has been an honor. Each step taken, each shift made, reminds me why I do this work.

It’s re-ordering experiences.”

Healing doesn’t come from pushing harder or resisting what’s inside of us. It happens when we gently look at our experiences, understand them, and allow them to find their proper place.

When experiences are left unresolved, they can shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without us realizing it. By re-ordering these experiences, the mind no longer has to stay in survival mode and it can finally relax.

True healing is a process of understanding, integration, and compassion. And when that happens, change becomes natural and lasting.

Taking time to slow down is essential for true healing. Life can be overwhelming, and our minds are often filled with thoughts, worries, and responsibilities. That’s why it’s so important to create quiet moments just for yourself.

Sometimes, it can be as simple as a warm cup of tea and a few minutes of stillness. Sitting quietly, breathing deeply, and letting your mind settle can bring a surprising sense of balance and clarity. These small pauses are not indulgences, they are nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit.

By allowing yourself moments of calm, you give your mind space to release tension, your body space to recover, and your soul space to grow. Take a moment today, no distractions and no expectations, just a little time for yourself.

“De leraar verschijnt wanneer de leerling er klaar voor is.”

Niet iedereen weet of vindt dat ze hulp nodig hebben. Veel mensen zitten vast zonder dat ze het zelf doorhebben, voor hen voelt het normaal. Ik kan alleen de mensen aantrekken die er op dat moment klaar voor zijn om verandering te zien.

Pas wanneer iemand in zijn of haar emoties voelt dat het niet langer oké is, wanneer ze klaar zijn om los te laten en iets anders te willen, word ik zichtbaar voor hen. Op dat moment kan echte transformatie beginnen.

“Forgiveness is the most selfish thing on earth.”

At first, this idea may sound strange. We often think of forgiveness as a gift we give to someone else, a way of letting them off the hook. But true forgiveness is rarely about the other person. It is an act of release for ourselves.

When we hold on to anger, we keep that energy alive within us. The moment we choose to forgive, we loosen that grip. Forgiveness means no longer allowing what happened to limit the way we move forward. In that sense, it is indeed a selfish act: one that frees our own minds.
