Belinda is a certified yoga teacher with a love for creating a calm, grounded space where students can slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. Trained in Canada in 2024, but practicing as a student for many years, she was drawn to yin for its quiet power - the way it softens the body while gently opening the heart and mind.
Yin yoga is a reminder that rest, release and presence are necessities. Her goal is to offer a friendly space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and free to explore the slower side of yoga 🪷
