When you notice that it is difficult to relax, that even if you are not doing anything. in your mind you are still doing things or planning things, then it's time to relax and reset your nervous system!
During this day retreat in silence, we focus on relaxation of the nervous system with special breathing techniques, Yoga, excercises to provoke shaking to release trauma and stress (TRE excercise), Meditation and Yin Yoga.
A day where you don't have to socialize, don't have to check your telephone and let yourself be spoiled by us with delicious vegan food and snacks and maybe a massage (add costs).
