WEIGH YOURSELF AT fit20 Curacao

You come to the fit20 studio on 15/17/18th of March and weigh yourself on our smart body scale. We will see your muscle mass % and your fat %. These numbers will be recorded. Don't worry, everyone will be a little bit scared 😉

LOSE FAT, GAIN HEALTH!

You have until 16/17/18 of June to lose as much fat as possible and/or gain muscle. But in the end we all gain health!

WEIGH AGAIN

On 16/17/18th of June (if you came in the 15th of March, you will come in the 16th, etc) you can weigh yourself again and we are able to see the % of fat you have lost.

WHO WINS?

The one, the partners or the group that has lost the highest fat % (on average) wins.

We also look at the gain of muscle mass % if there are more participants sharing the highest % of fat to find the 1 winner!

The overall winner will receive 3 MONTHS OF FIT20 PERSONAL TRAINING (worth fl 525).

All participants who achieve the highest % fat loss win 1 MONTH OF FIT20 for free (worth fl 175) AND a VOUCHER for 2 free training sessions (worth fl 87,50) to share with a friend.

TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT SMART

1. Do fit20, gain muscle
2. Eliminate stress, relax more
3. Drink 2 liters of water
4. Eat more veggies and fruits
5. Portion control
6. Skip alcohol or sugar
7. Intermittent fasting in the evening (better for hormone balance)
8. Walk/swim/cycle/move(!) more
9. Sleep more

Mijn eigen ervaring met Vidafy Curcumine? Een paar maanden geleden heb ik mijn enkelbanden gescheurd...aan beide kanten. Na 2 weken rust was de zwelling en de blauwe rand genezen aan één voet, maar nog niet aan de andere. Het perfecte moment om de kracht van Vidafy Curcumine Plus te ontdekken. Ik ben 10 druppels iedere dag gaan nemen om de ontsteking in mijn enkel te verminderen en je kunt het effect al na 5 dagen zien. De pijn was 50% minder.

Het water van Curaçao is toch prima! Mja, dat zou je denken, maar ons waterfilter van Aqualine laat toch wat anders zien. Je ziet hier het waterfilter wat wij in de fit20 studio hebben staan. De kleur van het ceramisch filter nieuw en de kleur na een half jaar. Oordeel zelf.

Tradeline biedt betaalbare waterfilters met o.a. ceramisch filter, 12-lagen filter, pH ring en zilverstenen (uit de Chinese zee). Het resultaat alkalisch water. Geen duizenden euro's, maar 250 euro voor een hoge kwaliteit tapwater. Kijk op https://www.tradeline.nl/
