Before you dive, you’ll need to fill out a short medical questionnaire to ensure your safety underwater. If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions (for example, if you use medication or have a medical condition), you’ll be required to complete a Fit-to-Dive medical examination.

Last van een urineweginfectie? Het kan super vervelend zijn. Hier zijn wat tips om je klachten te verlichten en sneller te herstellen:

- Drink veel water: zo spoel je bacteriën sneller uit je blaas.
- Cranberrysap of -tabletten: kan helpen om bacteriën minder goed te laten hechten (werkt vooral preventief).
- Plas regelmatig en volledig uit: niet ophouden en goed uitplassen.
- Hygiëne: veeg na toiletgebruik van voor naar achter om verspreiding van bacteriën te voorkomen.
- Luchtige kleding en katoenen ondergoed: voorkomt dat het te warm/vochtig wordt, waar bacteriën van houden.
- Vermijd prikkels: koffie, alcohol en sterk gekruid eten kunnen de blaas extra irriteren.
