Balancing it all, not easy... How much I love teaching yoga and helping others, it’s time to choose me again.🙏 Starting today, I will only be teaching Monday, Tuesday, and on Sunday... so no class today! Don’t let that stop you from taking a little time for yourself today. Roll out your mat, go for a walk, watch the sunset or just take a couple moments to breathe. You (and I) can do this!
